Some details I remember vaguely about the said manga I'm trying to find:

*the art was sorta old, it wasn't too "modern" (does anyone understand what I'm getting at?)
*the male mc is a player and he dates girls after girls but its not cliche where he falls in love with the female mc (well, not right away anyway) he's quite cheerful-ish but indifferent at the same time and I guess mysterious cause you can't tell what's on his mind. When the female mc ends up dating him, she's worried about whether she'll just be like the other girls and end up an ex.
*I think the male mc has a past problem thing.. (typical)
*if I remember correctly the male mc did end up dumping the female mc. the manga was ongoing so i don't remember if or how they got back together
