You'll have to look at a group's FAQ--or ask the group directly when the question isn't there--to see if they'll except your suggestions. If they will not, you need to respect their decision. Also, you should be willing to buy and scan the series in question or find the raws on the internet. Most will only scanlate something if it's interesting to them and easily assessable... though, if it is interesting enough, some might actually go out and get it... but it's rare.
And remember, you're only suggesting. They don't have to actually have to work on it. Well... as long as you're not commission their work.

I'm currently working on a group project, and it's over Berlin in 1860~1875. I'm looking up population, and I'm confused about what the units are on this site-> click here!
So, for Berlin (listed under Prussian provinces), what units are the .6 and .8 in? Per ten thousand? Per thousand? >_> Or are those numbers not even talking about population.............. o.o
THIRD EDIT: Actually, I still don't know. Because it wouldn't make sense if, saying that it's in per thousand, that there would be 600 people and then 800 people in 1864 and 1871. ;____;

Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's about population.
600,000 (or 0.6 million) in 1864
800,000 (or 0.8 million) in 1871
Rapid growth caused by the industrial revolution. Point that out.

AND I HAVE A RANDOM QUESTION. why do people draw their shoujo heiroines wiht their mouths open when they smile? they just did something good and they smile a 5 inch smile wihtout any laghing sounds. theyre just standing there with their mouths open
