i try'd melatonin for a while....dident help me at all, but i guess it could be diff for diff people.
personaly, i take a med that doubles as a sleep aid, but that is'nt its main use, so its two in one!

and yea, sleeping pillz can be reaallllyyy addictive to people, alota my friends try them and get addicted...

As for sleeping pills, I've used unisom before and it works, not addictive. But yea, a lot are... you can even get withdrawals from them. Never tried melatonin though.

Try it, for about a month ( at least ). It won't harm you, as it's a natural substance produced by a part of your brain.
