lol, I don't know, I saw this national geographic show on china's Shaolin monks and one of them rotated his foot 180 degrees. So I tried it and I can get it to about 140 degrees left foot leg clockwise

maybe i can lay on the icy ground in my apartment 1st floor and claim insurance.... 🤣

I'd go for the first option. Not every book is suited to your tastes, so there is nothing wrong in trying a book and finding that actually, no, you don't want to read this at all.
Just say you gave it a try and it just wasn't working.

You must tell her that you tried it but didn't find it to your liking. But i think you can always tell her what sort of book you like so she can always gave you another one you'll like (or pinpoint the one you want xD)

A few weeks back, she paid him bail after getting caught by the police for punching her in public. He's also financially dependent on her, technically, this guy's an asshole.

Now I keep getting phonecalls from her everytime they have a big fight. I always want to say 'I told you so' or 'Leave him forgodsakes!' but the last time I did, she shut me off. What should I do to help this poor woman? 🤨

find a good psychologist for her who can convince her to report her partner to the police. i don´t think he loves her when he treats her like that. maybe he´s just using her. try to tell her that, but not to direct, otherwise she could turn away from you. Also try to tell her that he can´t get help if nothing is done.
You should hurry that she hopefully doesn´t get hurt seriously. there have be many man who beat their girlfriends to death

You should say so if you're really her friend, like.. you should leave him!
Trust me, you should support her and tell her what you want to say. You're not just a trash can, listening her all the time... when she doesn't want listen your advice.
I know that friends n family support play a big role if she want to make a big decision in her life.
Right now, she might be emotionally dependent on the guy. Fear of needing someone.
Also she brainwashed herself, it's just an illusion to think that helping a trouble person even sacrificing her own self is an act of virtue. o_o
