Casey... I know you are not an adult, but I also know you are not a child either. So, you can try looking things up yourself, or think up ways to use what tools you are given to aid your own educational endeavors.
In addition, I don't know Korean either, but I know how to use google translate, for it is my friend in such matters, to get the gist of what Bint was saying... in order to reply to his comment.
If you put in the effort, it can be yours too.
I know that, and I am already looking online for tools. I even asked a Korean user's help, who suggested a very good video for the pronunciation of the alphabets. And I do not think that I ever said I'm not looking for tools - in fact, I remember saying that I have found a few sites, and asking for people's personal opinions and/or recommendations. I also do not remember ever asking for a software for Korean - I found Rosetta Stone through personal efforts. Going back a few posts, you'll see that my question was never about tools for learning. It was about whether or not other users found Rosetta Stone useful.
And I use google whenever I need to, even google translate. How do you think I found the meaning of what Bintu wrote even though I do not know Korean? How do you think I learnt that it was change in context that changed the words in the sentences given in Rosetta Stone?
You should not make assumptions. I agree that I asked a few glaringly obvious - and stupid - questions, but that does not make me a fool - that just makes me a sleep-deprived cranky teenager. I am honestly trying, but it is not easy without anyone to guide you. By myself, I found ways to study various subjects that interest me, like Psychology, Literature, Korean, so on, that I would not have found if I didn't make an effort. No one prepared me for SAT, but I still managed to get a good score. Through personal efforts, which I will not go into, but are considerable nonetheless, I am trying to do something that so far off the beaten path it's scary. And I can honestly say that I am making progress, though only time will tell whether it's enough or not. But I can still say I tried my level best.
I make mistakes. Everybody does. That's how we learn. Do not tell me I do not make an effort.
I apologise if I said anything wrong or untrue. It is a touchy point, which you would understand if you had even the slightest idea of my circumstances.
There are times when you will miss what you never had. I wonder how you will find what you so desperately need.

I have a question that has been driving me nuts:
Why do people feel the need to be complete nutcases/jerks/a-holes when on the internet? Why do people need to take this different persona? Is it because of the anonymity?
There's a thread for that...

Appreciate that link Admin, thanks.
There is a simple solution to every problem; finding the simple solution is the difficult problem.

so, it's either "I have nothing" or "I got nothing". I think it means something like being at the dead end. does it? and which one is right? Are there some origins for that phrase? thanks.
if there is an option between "to do" and "not to do", I will always choose the latter.

You mean like if somebody asks you if you have any ideas for something, and you say "I got nothing"?

They mean the same thing, which is "I do not have anything [to say/give/present]" or " I do not have any ideas". Got is just a slang form of have, and both just mean "possess".

I just saw the categories button oranyan and I don't know what it means so I asked Wikipedia and this is the answer I got. But I think that's wrong because I don't see this in the mangas with this tag. so does someone know what it means?

I'm pretty sure it means a male tsundere...
I can't be more specific since I'm not that familiar with those things, but maybe someone could elaborate some more.

I could be wrong, but I think the proper grammar is "I've got nothing".
The dead end would apply to the latter (again, I could be wrong, just going by feeling on this one).
The first is a more general one, like "I have no one, I have nothing".
But "I've got nothing" is more like saying "I found nothing".
I also think that if you say "I got nothing" would be like saying "I put my coin in the machine, but got nothing".

"I got nothing" is slang, "I've got nothing" is more proper, "I have nothing" is the most formal form as it does not contain any contractions ("I have got nothing" is a little awkward). I don't think there is a difference in meaning per se between "I've got nothing" and "I have nothing"; it's just that one phrase or the other is preferable in certain situations.
