Have you tried looking it up on google maps, or mapquest, or some such mapping site? They're far from perfect but if the address comes up as valid on several of them then chances are it's correct.
I don't know about Wisconsin in particular, but I have seen legit addresses with the N, S, E, W before the number instead of between the number & street name.

Hey Tofu! Thanks for the reply!
I have tried google map, mapquest, and yahoo maps. The address lead to similar places, but it's usually just in the middle of the road, and says that the address is approximate. Google doesn't lead to it at all. Mapquest and yahoo said that it's "around here somewhere" and suggest other spellings for the address. It was the address of one of my buyers on ebay, and I actually sent her a message like 8-9 hours ago but she hasn't replied.
But thank you for the info! I actually never knew they put the NSEW in front of the numbers! :3

Quote from Lord Wiki
In areas of rural Wisconsin, the address layout of many counties features a baseline in one corner of the county, with numbers increasing from that point and appended with a cardinal direction; for instance, an address on a north-south road 45 blocks north from the baseline is written as 'N4500', while an address 45 blocks west from the baseline on a east-west road is shown as 'W4500'. Some counties and suburban communities (such as Waukesha and the Town and City of Cedarburg) use a two-part address for both directions for easier referencing within a map and the numbering system (N4500-W4500 for instance).
Wiki always has the answer.

We delete short comments
I've seen shorter comments being posted, and i've wrote more than just a few words i think.
Anyways i just wanted to know the reason, because if it was my fault then i get to know better how to post comments.
Short is as defined by me, which is 2 lines or less on my screen when I approve the comment

Hi, I have a small question about playing video's. It may be a dumb question, but I will take that risk. Anyways at home I have a laptop which has a max resolution of 1680x1050(using a Geforce 9800m GS 512mb fully updated) and the screen is 15.4".
So say for example I play a file that is 1080p and resolution is 1980x1020.
-
Would my screen be able to show all of it or would some be cut off?
-
If I were to play it off a TV using Tversity and changed the resolution setting's to match the video's 1980x1020 would it come out without a cut off or does it depend on how big/how much resolution m tv can handle?
-
What is FLAC? What's the difference between DTS-ES and FLAC?

Hmm...that's pretty simple.
I don't know what player you're using (hopefully not windows media player) but with Media Player classic there's a resolution setting to "Fit to width". No part of the video resolution will be cut and you won't lose quality (it won't be stretched or squeezed)
I don't know what TVersity is, but when I play my shows on the TV on my laptop, I just set the TV as my second screen (dual screen set-up). It'll look exactly as I see it on my laptop screen...'cept bigger of course 😛
FLAC is a lossless audio format - meaning it won't go through digital decay over time. That much I know...DTS-ES...not too sure >_>

My moniter has been okay for a while (it's not new). Yesterday I accidently pressed a button on the keyboard (I don't know which) and the screen became smaller. There are black lines at the sides that weren't there before. Can somebody tell me how to fix this please??

Set the resolution for your aspect ratio

my bad I just read ur previous post
view -> video frame -> click keep aspect ratio
then select touch window from inside above the option of aspect ratio
Now whenever you play a video double click on the area where th video is being played and the player will go fullscreen without any part being cut off

Hi, a new question. I have an Asus G50VT laptop and I have a the intel r wifi 5100agn card. I just upgraded my rogers to ultimate and all my other computers using wireless can get up to and past 162mbps, but my laptop only stays at 54mbps for wireless(wired it's at 1gbps). I mainly use wired, but want to know for when I go elsewhere.
I changed around the settings and tried different variations, but never any change.

Urgh... Just did something really stupid.
I accidentally wrote /server 127.0.0.1 while I was on mIRC and now it says "unable to connect to server (Connection refused) whenever I try to Connect." Is there any way to fix this?

is it antisemitical if I said to a jewish acquaintance who corrected my grammar, "don't be such a grammar nazi"?
