The drama CD adaptation of Takeaki Momose's Kami Sen. romantic comedy manga is slated to ship this winter with a bonus DVD. While the content on the DVD is still pending, Momose has said that his "characters will move!" Momose created the Magikano and Miami Guns manga and drew the manga version of RahXephon before launching Kami Sen. in Fujimi Shobo's Monthly Dragon Age magazine last year. The second volume of the manga shipped last month.

Kami Sen. centers around Kōtarō, an unlucky high school student who lives with his family at an onsen (hot spring) resort in financial decline. A beautiful girl named Konoha suddenly appears before him, and she reveals herself to be a goddess of poverty.

In the drama CD, Minako Kotobuki will play Konoha, and another K-ON!! voice actress, Yōko Hikasa, will play the character Makoto. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka will play Kōtarō himself.

I expected Hisaka Yoko to play the childhood friend, since its no surprise that her character looks a lot like Mio from K-on. Can't wait to hear this.
