not sure if it's yaoi or just shounen ai, but....here's what i remember:
It's in a school setting, and this student-council-president/dress-code-monitor guy is in love with this one delinquent guy who's really cute.
Because of the delinquent lookin' cutey, the president can't do his job properly.
