it would be great to have a new addition in the release filter section, something to highlight with a particular color a series we have in our wish list or reading list (or both with a different color) to be able to see easily if something new is of particular interest to us.

you mean as if some new chapter of one of our previously tagged "reading/wish list" manga is released? If so (dunno if its implementable) i agree completely, should be useful :3
