I remember reading a BL manga, in fact it was a volume of one-shots I think so.

Anyway one of the stories was about Yakuza members. One guy, he was a subordinate, was in love with other member of the Yakuza group who was in higher position. That guy got a mission to complete and there was a high risk of him dying. He went to his crush asking for spending this one night only before he die. Afterwards it turned out that he didn't complete the mission? or somebody else did it? Sorry, I don't remember that ;( His crush had black hair, he was blonde but I'm not sure about that.
