What series is this?

I have seen some nice pictures from something that I'm vaguely certain is a manga, and I want to read it, but I don't know the name. All of my searches have been unfruitful, and it's driving me crazy!
It has been referred to as “Chinese Storybook Fantasy,” "Chinese Phantasia Story," and 中華的幻想見聞録 and associated with the names You Shiina, Yuu Shiina, and Yutaka Shiina. Could someone please tell me if it is in fact a manga, what its official name is, and the name of the mangaka? I would appreciate it very much.

The author of that picture is called You Shiina. (Which wasn't at all difficult to determinate, since the author and the publisher are in the first picture you linked to, lynira). Shiina is a light novel illustrator, and it seems that the series you're looking for is officially translated as "Chinese PHANTASIA Story" (as you can see on this official artwork):

And it's not a manga, but a seinen novel (which was serialized in the Bimonthly magazine Dengeki hp).
Specifically, the link you gave was about a full color Visual Illustration Book that compiles picture collections that were featured on the light novel. If you want more information about You Shiina's works, you should check his Website.
