I was reading a manga don't remember if it was a one shot or not that I really ended up liking.
What I remember the cover in mangahere was the picture of a guy in a shower.

The plot is a bit vague but here goes:
gay guy falls in love with straight friend, (think the guy was called chika) who he pursues, helps when he is drunk etc.
Then gay guy admits feelings, leaves moves in with a guy called Gin.
Straight guy gets stomach ache, gay guy rescues him.

The ending was that now the gay guy goes out drinking and the straight guy who he is now in relationship with wakes up to pick him up.

It was only a few chapters long but it has been bugging me what the name of the manga was...

Can you guys help, please?

I don't know about the 'Gin' part but the rest sounds like 'Overdose' by 'Kawai Touko'.
