Couple of Questions About Title Romanisations and Translations

Hello! I've been submitting some title corrections, and while most have been approved, some haven't. This has led me to wonder a couple of things with regards to how titles are handled.
When a title has furigana that isn't the normal reading of the kanji, I personally believe it's best to just have it how it's pronounced/read, and not include the normal reading. This way people don't get the title wrong. Some examples of this would be Ao no Exorcist, where 祓魔師 is read as Exorcist rather than Futsumashi and Toaru Majutsu no Index, where 禁書目録 is read as Index rather than Kinsho Mokuroku.
However, MU seems to do the opposite for the most part, and just have the normal reading in the title. Personally I think this makes things confusing and defeats the point of Romanisation (which is to provide the reading/pronunciation to non-Japanese speakers).
Is it worth going through and submitting changes for any of these I come across?
(PS I see that my request to change Rakudai Kishi no Eiyuutan to Rakudai Kishi no Chivalry got rejected, but I realise now that I made a mistake and the correct reading is actually Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry as seen with the official site URL -- should I resubmit this or not bother?)
My other question is about the inconsistency with which titles use their English translation or the original title. Some even have unofficial English translations, even though the licensed English title is completely different, such as this series, where the official English title is My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!
Several series also have inconsistencies between their titles, with some being in English and others in their original language.
What is the priority for the main title? The official English translation, if there is one? The Romanised title? I'm especially curious about Chinese and Korean entries since from what I know, Romanising those languages is extremely unreliable and perhaps translations would be better if they're available.
Sorry for the long ramble! I just want to make sure I'm not wasting the mods'/admins' time by submitting change requests that aren't needed. I like things to be accurate, which is why I'm doing this, but I can't easily find style guidelines anywhere -- if there are any -- so I wanted to clarify.
PS I wasn't sure what topic to post this in, sorry if I should've asked these questions elsewhere!

If the main title is an improperly romanized title due to furigana, submit a Change Request to fix the title. However, if the old title was used for releases, that title must remain on the series as an Associated Name. If I catch you unlinking releases from series, then I will reject all your future Change Requests and remove your ability to edit series entries.
For Japanese series, the main title can either be a romanized title or an English one. You can submit a Change Request if the main title is an unofficial English and there is an official one. Requests to switch the title from romanization to English or vice versa will be rejected.
For unlicensed Korean and Chinese series, the main name can be either a romanized name or a translated English name. Requests to switch them will be rejected unless the name itself is wrong (such as wrong romanization or a bad translation)
For licensed Korean and Chinese series, we want the main name to be the licensed English name, so you can submit a request to change that. The Change Request must either provide proof of the name or the series itself must have a link to where you can read the licensed version (which would then have the name that we can easily verify, since these are almost all webtoons or webcomics)

Thank you, this helps!
I do not plan on removing any linked releases (I don't touch releases at all), and with pretty much all the series I have asked to be changed, the title I submitted for the change request was already in the Associated Names field.
The only things I am wanting to correct are:
- Titles where the reading is wrong (ie furigana is not used, or is used incorrectly)
- Incorrect Romanisation in general
- Incorrect spacing (although this can be subjective at times, so I'm only submitting requests for things that are completely wrong)
- Inconsistencies in series titles/capitalisation (unless the inconsistency is an official one)
...As well as fixing genres to correctly align with which magazine they're published in, but that's another kettle of fish for another day! (I leave them alone if there are multiple magazines assigned to the entry)
I speak enough Japanese to know when things are wrong and what the Romanisation of things, usually, should be. I've also been cleaning up a few translations/Romanisations of titles listed in descriptions/info boxes (like anthologies/series with multiple volumes with different names), but I realise now that if they're translated I should leave them alone. (Most of what I've been working on are things that are NOT translated, however.)
Please feel free to yell at me if I'm doing things wrong or tell me if I need to provide more information. I'm sure there are times when I'm overthinking things or missing something, and I don't want to submit changes that are incorrect or make your job harder in any way!
(Sorry for all the change requests btw, I really appreciate them being looked at so quickly)
