Not to long ago I came across manga called Matatabisou wa Nekoyashiki (the cover art show on this page doesn't do justice to the art of the series). I don't blame you if you haven't heard about it. The plot seems awfully familiar where a guy lives in some boarding house with a bunch of odd woman, haremish, but with some emphasis on chemistry between him and one of the woman. Although I did enjoy the romance part, I must admit that the highlight of the series is the very solid art. Its slightly cartoony, slightly simple, but very clean\sharp, not sketchy or blurry and generally looking good.

If I were to name some other manga that had somwhat similar art style, I would say:

• Tsugumomo - content aside, the art is very polished and it shows

• Kagaminochou no Kaguya - kind of generic fantasy harem, but the art is really nice

• Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii - some of the art in this series applies; I failed to notice as well but the art in the first chapter is a little sloppy, but that improves later on

• Uwagaki - at least that's how I remember the art

Please no: hentai, shounen ai\shoujo ai, reverse harem

It would be nice if there was some romance or maybe even a glasses wearing girl (inspired by Matatabisou wa Nekoyashiki).
