Depends on your technology. With a windows XP, I don't think so. I did hear that Windows Vista had some backup thing running that might still have the file.
Chances are, probably not.
No.
Once something's deleted, its pretty much. Especially if you use CCleaner. CCleaner permanantly deletes files that you'd otherwise be able to get back (Using a program to find them, if they're still on the HD (This means they're deleted and gone, but havn't been technically erased permanantly from the HD).
Sorry, but its gone.
If ya know what the file was, you might be able to find it again. Unless it was something personal, than its gone for good.

Short answer: as everybody else here said, NO.
Long answer:
Well when a file is erased from the HD, the OS doesn't usually bother to really erase it, it just labels the space it used to be in the HD as "usable". So in the time between the file was erased and the time something else is written in that space, you could theoretically retrieve the data using a special tool...
Unless you use a program that makes sure that your files are erased permanently by immediately rewriting on that space random data multiple times (to make it even harder to use physical recovery methods).
And of course the longer the time past between the deletion of the file and the rescue attempt, the higher the chances are that something else was written there.
Anyway, in your case, chances are that the files is permanently lost.
You could always try installing a file recovery software and do a full scan on your HD and see what you can get out of it... but the chances of getting what you want are slim.

try http://www.aumha.org/downloads/restoration.exe
it's free, simple, and you don't install it. but your chances of recovering it is slim cause you have used the computer since.
