Hey everyone!

So I need help finding a yaoi chapter that I've read some time ago, because I can't seem to remember its name and the genre search with additional tags didn't help me either.
I'm pretty sure it was a oneshot but part of a manga with more chapters, I'm not sure if all of them were oneshots, maybe some stories had more than one chapter. Still I think it only had one volume (so the name of the manga would be a great help).
The story I'm talking about revolved around a guy, that tried to save a cat and as a result of that, winds up in hospital. He can't really move much but somehow notices the person in the bed next to him (the curtain's closed) is a guy he knows (he dislikes him, I think? - if I remember correctly, the guy later turns out to be the son to the family that owns that hospital). Seemingly in pain, the protagonist tries to help him somehow, but is taken by suprise by the other guy instead, that had only faked his injuries. Taking advantage of the bad condition of the protagonist, the other guy assaults him, but I think the protagonist kind of admits to himself that he has feelings for him? Not so sure about that one. Well, in the end it turns out that the mean guy had been the owner of the cat and that in fact, he's ruthless.
Within my recollection the art was rather nice, so I think the manga can't be that old.

Sorry that's not it either ): Maybe it was part of a series of oneshots that had to do with animals? Still, the cat didn't really play a big part.
