Unless she can time-travel back to WWII and give all of the male victims some sex, then this is a stupid idea.
And even if she could somehow time travel, what good would that do? I don't think a 15-30 minute sex session is gonna get their jobs back, help them take care of their family, or heal them of their injuries.

dude this could be really funny. what is the government or doctors or something started prescribing medicinal sex for past injuries.
a friend of a dude i know once hurt his back and spent a week sitting like Buddha on a couch with a vaporizer, sucking the bag dry all day.
if there can be medicinal marijuana, there can be medicinal sex. heck, in my perfect world, they go hand in hand
