I'm looking for a manga where a psychopath (preferably a male) falls in love with a girl and kills everyone around her to get to her 😎 If possible I would like the story to be told in the girls perspective.

there is also Abide in the Wind, dont know if i would call him a psychopath just very obsessed with the girl, and he doesn't kill anyone but he would if the girl didnt stop him

For some non-shougo, I'd really recommend Mirai Nikki. Fits your description perfectly, but it is a straight boy's perspective.
For shougo/josei ones, I'd recommend Metronome. This one actually fits your description perfectly. Cheese in the Trap is also great but it's less in your face about it, since the guy is really sly. No murder but I think you'd like it.

If you check the 'yandere' / 'male yandere' / 'obessive love' categories there's a few that should have something along those lines. 😀
