Baka-Updates Manga - Viewing Topic - A reincarnated noble lady marries the neighboring dragon king manga

As the title suggests I'm looking for a manga about a reincarnated noble lady. In her first life she was a powerful mage fighting in the army. She was set to marry the prince of her kingdom. Unfortunately she discovered her fiancé having an affair with his sister. To keep his secret he sent people to hunt her down, and she unfortunately died. When she opened her eyes she was back to her childhood. I forgot how old she was, maybe 8 or 10 years old.

The first thing she does is try to get out of her engagement with the prince. She knows he's going to propose to her at the party she's currently at, so she's left with little options. She confesses to the neighboring dragon king who was present at the party without knowing who he was. The dragon king is somewhat complicated. He's a human being born with the power of a dragon, or I guess you could call him a humanoid dragon. His citizens are humans but the country religion/worships a black dragon?

He was her nemesis in her past life and was quite brutal. The main reason for his fearsome personality seems to be his existence is unwanted by pretty much everyone around him. Most of his siblings died in unfortunate accidents but people believe he intentionally did it to attain the throne, which is false. He values his relationship with his brother, but said brother is planning to betray him later on. The protagonist believes the betrayal of the last person he trusted was what changed his personality. Currently in the past, he comes across as somewhat silly.

When the protagonist confesses to the dragon king, he is overjoyed. It's a running gag that he's making her fall for him through his cooking which is genuinely good.

Afterwards he accepts her confession and wants to take her back to his kingdom by ship. They are pursued by the princess but the protagonist uses her magic to literally carry the ship back to the dragon kingdom.
