It has two people from different worlds that look exactly alike. One is supposed to inherit a sword, but is lazy and can't activate it. The other is a high school kid.
They switch places and the HS kid can activate the sword... He goes on an adventure for some reason with a big breasted teen maid/CH friend of the other guy...
I think it had an anime for a while as well...
