Using Google, I searched for info on 稀ノ川むつみ. This might be useful, so just Google translate it if needed. Otherwise, there's not much to know. IMO, she might just be an illustrator for BL novels, so that picture might just be an illustration with no manga. It seems she works with Oakla Shuppan if that helps.
