Hey, everyone, I need your help!!

I am looking for a yaoi manga. It has been a few years since I had read it last. All I can remember, it was about a guy who took in a teenager/young adult (possibly got into a fight on the streets) who ended up being his younger brother. From what I can recall, the young guy doesn't know that they're related. I don't know much else, but one scene is stuck in my head.

The young guy was sick and home watching tv. I believe he ended up watching the news, when he saw the older guy acting as a bodyguard for a politician. The older guy ends up getting shot with the younger guy witnessing it and ends up meeting him at the hospital.
