Where can I suggest a manga to be scanlated by a scanlation group?

I'm curious since the Harigane Service manga was dropped at the start of the year and no scanlation group has picked up on it. And from my knowledge the raws are complete. I would do it if I could, but unfortunately, I'm a dumbass and a student so I have no time.

You cannot on MangaUpdates. We do not allow it, or else the forums would be littered by people suggesting every single beloved series out there
