I know of one that kind of fits, except that it's not really what I'd call "loli". It's in Chunrouzan's Obscene Picture Book, translated by SaHa, and it's called "Kanojo wa, Ore Ijou no Otoko to Sex suru", literally "my girlfriend's having sex with other guys". The guy winds up at an orgy where the girls' lower regions are on one side of a curtain so the guys can't tell who's who. It's sort of NTR, though not entirely, since

There's another, more loli, oneshot I vaguely recall that was set up with a sort of nunnery setting that had something like that, but I don't remember much.
