You just have to post once to not be considered a lurker. Lurkers don't post at all, they just go through the website looking at other people's comments without contributing or commenting on the subjects at hand.

I think you can still be a lurker. Users who posts once every month or around there wouldn't be considered an active user. In my books anyway.

I used to be. I post at least once a day now.

This topic feels extrememly oximoronic to me. Anyway, I'm not a lurker (obviously) and I never really was a lurker. Too much fun to take advantage of the anonymity the internet can provide.

Being a lurker or not depends on the information communicating in the forum, if there's something interesting i won't be and vice versa.

I lurked MU for a while before joining 🤣

But now, I post whenever I want to; I've rarely seen forums with members who are this casual and polite to each other (or maybe it's the mods?). I tend to lurk more in forums about series etc. than I do in the chatterbox or more general discussions.
