T_T waaah i'm sorry guys, i'm always asking for forgotten titles!

I read this long ago and don't remember much, but from what i do remember!:

• (towards the end of the story) a guy was going to confess (i think...) to his man friend and while heading to the place he was either a) mistaken to be some girl's boyfriend or b) the girl's boyfriend and the girl's ex bf stabs him. and he (main guy, not the ex bf) talks about his man friend and love and what not. and i think he dies...it just kind ends after that.
