I think they're holding hands in the panel I can recall. The male lead has a cute/popular girlfriend and the female lead is the girl he's cheating with. She has no desire for him to break up with his girlfriend and officially date her either. She's pretty laid back and has long dark hair. The art style might be similar to ASHIHARA Hinako's. Overall the mood of the story is humorous.
