"I can rub & scrub this old house til it's shinin like a dime
Feed my baby, grease the car, & powder my face at the same time
Get all dressed up, go out and swing til 4 a.m. and then
Lay down at 5, jump up at 6, and start all over again
'Cause I'm a woman! W-O-M-A-N..."
So this topic brought to mind a Peggy Lee song...XD

Yes, I pretty much live and breathe multitasking -- if I didn't nothing would ever get done! Between feeding/taking care of my newborn and playing/taking care with my 3 y/o, taking care of the house, bills, husband, meals, laundry, gardening, "mom's clubs", playdates, family life (other than husband and kids), friends life (friends, best friend getting married, etc), aaand scanlating I have to pretty much do it all at once or really there just isn't enough hours in a day.
I'm one of the types of people who even "work" when they sleep -- I'll keep running to-do lists thru my mind when I sleep. ^^;;

Barring drinking/eating while watching TV, multitasking doesn't really work for me. Injuries tend to occur when I attempt to do so. Then again, injuries tend to happen even when I don't. 🤢

i've done it so much that now its really hard for me to focus. I'm on the computer watching tv, talking to a friend. Multi-tasking is not a good thing to start at a young age,
I don't use "bad" words, I use SENTENCE ENHANCERS.

I don't "Like" multitasking, but it is extremely easy and useful. Normally I only do it when it involves homework (E.I, watching tv/a movie/reading manga while doing my homework), but I can do it at other times as well.
Does the walker choose the path, or the path the walker?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
Mostly no multitasking.
At times it just feels better when
I can finish the stuff I am already doing
before moving to the next job.
I can do it, no sweat, but it's not like
I am that busy I'd need to do all the things
at one time. Enjoying everything
to the fullest without adding unnecessary
things in between.

I multitask.
A lot.
.__.
People don't like it because it's almost like I'm doing everything...especially when I'm in a group....<
I can't help that I'm a perfectionist when it comes to stuff like projects and work. I hate working with people who are incompetent.
This. O_O
I can multitask with anything, be it housework, at work, on the computer or even at school. And it's true, whenever we were assigned a group project at school I was somehow always grouped with lazy people, so I had to do a little of everything, and they dared to complain about it...>_>;;
Really can't help being a perfectionist. .__.

I have to thank you again. It's been a while since I've had this much d**k on my computer. :'3

I like to think I can multitask, as I do it quite often, but in truth I suck at it. My academic life is the proof of it. If it weren't for the multitasking and I actually concentrated on one thing at a time (in my case) things would probably get done much sooner.
The only thing I can do is listen to music and study (only math and physics related things though), but I'm not sure if that counts.

I'd swim to the bottom and never come up
Watching drama, chatting with friends on AIM, webchatting, playing a flash game online, watching TV, talking to my sister, complaining to my mom and doing or at least attempting to do my homework all at the same time.
I'd like to say I'm pretty good at multitasking.
I was sleeping in class once while we were taking notes. I sit in the front so obviously my teacher caught me. I showed him my notes and he asked me how I did that. Multitask. He doesn't believe in multitasking yet the proof was right there, I was very much asleep and I had the full set of notes in front of me.

Multitasking. . . in my illusion of a world I can do it really well, but in the reality that I shut my eyes to I know that multitasking always makes you perform poorer on each task 🤢

That's not multitasking, that's sorcery. 🤣

I'd say it's the same as sleepwalking myself 🙄

It's something I grew up doing.
My natural laziness gets in the way sometimes though.
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

Yeah I multitask without even thinking sometimes.
I'm a person that usually leaves things to the last minuite, so I do lots of things at once to try and get them done 🤣
Also, doing the small multitasking things just happens. Only yesterday was I sitting there, doing my math homework, eating maltesers, drinking a cup of tea, whilst listening to music and on msn on the ipod touch.
It's just what I do 🤣
