I'm more worried that your 4 year old cousin is saying things like 'he's sexy' o_O
This. 😐
If it really bothers you that much, tell your cousin that you don't want to hear about it.

convince her that he´s gay. show her the youtube video where the bieber kid walks against a glass door and when he did that the second time. or when he fractured his ´foot during a concert. and maybe this pic and this pic whihc makes him look really gay
This implies there's something wrong with being gay? Anyways, most 4-year-olds don't understand homosexuality so don't even try explaining it.
And for the thousandth time, she's 4 it'll pass, and who cares if she likes Justin Bieber? She can like what she wants no one needs some idiotic older cousin to stop them from doing what they like.

I see the implication in this too.

You are like the dense main character in a shoujo manga.

For a 4 year old, yes. Or maybe if she doesn´t understand the term gay just convince her that he is an idiot

I second this, but seriously it is up to her who shes like or not it's called individuality.Besides instead of trying to ridicule the music she likes why don't you introduce her to different types of music. A friend introduced me to coldplay and they are still my favourite band to this day.

start doing "conditioning"...
Edit: wrong word to use above... i don't mean to compare your cousin (or any child) to a dog... but this is a type of behavior study... technically, we're raised with some form of conditioning... motivations, reinforcements, etc... it's not like we're making her salivate at the sound of a bell... (ex. doing chores = getting allowance... getting good grades = some kind of treat... etc...)every time your cousin mentions bieber, ignore whatever she says... don't give her attention. (don't say "no" or any indication that he's bad because she might just be a rebel and think: ahhh, i'm going against adults or something)
start talking about the music you believe is reasonable for a four-year old...
when your cousin starts mentioning those artists/bands that you find reasonable, give her positive reinforcement -- attention, a high-five, "YES!!", start playing a game she likes, read a book, etc... etc...not that i'm saying this is the right thing to do... i'm just setting up something that may work?
It's called operant conditioning by the way but you explained it really well, i wished i could do that.
I would laugh if that was a typo and she's actually 14.

Make your cousin think YOU are cool. When that is the case, she'd naturally look out for what you like and follow you, especially if you actively try to influence her.
But don't diss Bieber. She's allowed to listen to whatever she wants... 🙂 It's best to just flood her with great music so that her interest in Bieber fades.

Teach her to read, if she already knows how to read
then introduce her to manga and anime.

Buy your cousin earphones so that you don't have to hear it.
I don't sympathize too much with all the Beiber hate. I don't like his music, but the boy does have a lot of talent. He dances pretty well (starting from a young age) and can play a wide array of instruments.
And he's still sober.
He actually deserves a lot of his fame, unlike many other trash celebrities.
i know she's young and all, and things change as you grow old, but those words crack me up xD

I told all my little girl cousins that he was a robot. They all believed it and said they hated him right after.

Being a man.
I can't understand this reasoning.
