Error when adding group?

Hey, I just tried to add the group Purified Scans who recently released an update for Kami-sama Gakuen @ Armeria. Already sent a message to the admin the error message directed me to, but I thought I'd create a topic and ask if anyone else is running into the same issue as well?

You can't add a group that already exists

It came about after I had already put the message up here I will point out. So was it simply in transit and I couldn't do it then, or what?

Newly added releases, groups, and series don't always show up in search right away due to the use of elasticsearch. That's probably what you ran into
