The queen and undertaker

So after you read chapter 84, you start realizing the queen has some new plans, cause she seems to be interested on the experiments or actions the undertaken has been doing lately and specially after what he did in that school. Do you think she'll contact the undertaker to use his ability to create this kind of "zombies" ? In that case what will happen to the relationship between her and Ciel?
Dont you think the queen is starting to be similar to the queen shown in the first season of kuroshitsuji?
Do you think that in this new story (about the curse and the witches) is again some kind of experiment made by the undertaker?
The new arc probably has something to do with Undertaker as well since every arc up until now has something to do with that guy ever since he showed his true self.
As for the queen, I got no clue. I really do not like her though. She seems too...sketchy. And as the manga is going so far, I can tell she's going to turn out evil at some point. And I have a feeling she has supernatural beings (demon/shinigami/etc) under her. If she turns evil, I really do wonder if Ciel would go up against her or not.

That's what I was thinking.....No, Toboso-sensei, do not be influenced by the anime!!!! Unless this was the plan from the start. Well, the Queen is suspicious, but I'm going with the flow right now. 😕
"'The lives I've taken will be paid for with my own life.' That's one way to look at it...but it doesn't mean they come back once you die. Lives can also be paid for by the sword; by redeeming yet other lives. That is why 'Hitokiri Battousai' is still alive in the Meiji Era."
