A lot of straight harem manga have the horny male MC surrounded by girls. Isekai in a world with only girls. Non-isekai in an all-girl school. Since he’s a horny straight male MC, all girls are “options” and (unless femdom or femboy) he’s the one sticking it in and doing them whenever he can.

I want a yaoi version of that—MC is a horny seme surrounded by ukes and he wants to get laid.

I mainly come across yaoi with uke MCs and a lot of romance. Even in all-male isekais, MC might be an uke with a reverse harem of semes. In Omegaverse, the Alpha MC isn’t the only Alpha. I end up mainly reading straight harems because it focuses on horny MC getting it whenever he can, even though it’s with girls.

Are you primarily concerned with being able to find a "realistic" home for your key premise, which is that the horny seme MC has no problems getting laid because there are only ukes around? Less concerned with the specific genre / setting?

That's fine, if you want to write something that is a lot of sex scenes strung together with minimal plot and dialgue. Any of your ideas will work.

If you want some focus on story development it makes sense that some options are going to be more suitable than others.

Now as to the ideas:

Virus I and II

Why was MC immune? Is the virus contained? Is the MC in danger?

Do the Omegas just want sex or do they want to produce more potential Alphas to repopulate the world? Will everyone be happy with an endless harem scenario or will the MC want to pair up eventually - and how will that affect your story?

Or, will the MC be seen as a threat by certain Omegas who realised they are happier in an Alpha-free world where they aren’t threatened and looked down on?

MC travels to the future where all Alphas are dead?

Why are they dead? What happened? Is the MC at risk of being held captive and forced to impregnate Omegas, like a stud ram? (Actually this could happen in the virus scenarios too.)

This has the potential for either lots of drama or lots of humour, depending on how you play it. It also omits the additional complexities of the omegaverse which is good or bad, depending on what type of story you want to write.

It also gives the option of introducing some hierarchical dynamics e.g. the high priests are first in line for quality time with the MC, the acolytes might get lucky if they're patient, while the ordinary worshippers have to do something unusual to attract his attention.

Perhaps communal orgies as services of worship might become popular...? 😳

Something like Parallel Paradise has straight MC isekai-ed to an all-girl world and all of them are possible sex options and is currently 19 volumes long. Looking for basically a yaoi version of that. I know it's not going to be a long series like that, but looking for something with seme is in an all-uke environment so all of them are possible sex options.
