You know that side character in every manga that's smiling with closed eyes and is very sly and scheming? I'd like a romance story where the main guy is that kind of guy. No yaoi.

If you get rid of the closed eyes, you may be thinking of the haraguro archetype; to which I made a topic about a few days prior so there should be some useful suggestions there.
