hm, it depends on what sort of mood i was in and it the colleague was cute.XD if it wasnt serious, like if he was stealing a pen or something, id laugh at him and not report him. if he was stealing something else i would.

if i were ticked off that day i would probably keep the money. otherwise i would return it 🙂

i would first talk to the colleague if he/she stole something worth a lot to the company in returning it. if its something small and insignificant id just ignore it

i would keep the money if it had no id but the moment i see some id and a way to contact the person i would return it. my conscious wont let me keep it since now i know the face of the victim
