Hi, there. Can you help me to find something I read back in 2016-2018?
It's a BL work about two students. They go to a school that has two different programs (science and sports). The main character is part of the science program and he's a member of the student council. He has good grades and he is popular but lately he feels threatened by one of the other council members (the love interest we can say) because since he is part of the sports program he doesn't take seriously his duties in the council (he never wanted to be part of the council in the first place) and shows apathetic towards all the attention he is receiving (since he is a successful tennis player?). The main character thinks of him as a rival and the other one doesn't even care. And their thing starts when the love interest is escaping from his "fans" and they end up hiding in a classroom. The main character teases him about him not liking the attention of the girls and he implies that the other is inexperienced and as the love interest blushes, the main character kisses him. One of them push other and the first chapter ends. In the second chapter the main character is in his classroom until someone comes looking for him and notices it's the love interest. He thinks he is going to get punched or murdered because he doesn't say anything as they walk towards... Somewhere. But the love interest just kisses him and in someway the main character gets asked to "teach him" since he doesn't have experience. But the main character is a virgin himself.

I've been looking for this work for years but I can find it. Please, I'll really appreciate if someone can help me 😢

The main character has a light color of hair, kinda curly and a bit long and ends as the bottom while the love interest has short hair and black. If I recall it correctly the author and the artist are different.
