Ah, also, I'm looking forward to Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Towns.
Though I'll just have started college at that time, so hopefully I won't be drowning under too much work to buy/play it.

Skyrimmmmm!!
I'm holding off on pre-ordering since I'm hoping they'll announce some sort of special edition. Something a bit more substantial than a cloth map.

Here are the list of games I'm looking forward to the most that are coming out later this year or next year:
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Mass Effect 3
RAGE
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
Far Cry 3
Battlefield 3
Bioshock: Infinite
Tomb Raider
Catherine
Dead Island
Twisted Metal
Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition
Anarchy Reigns
Dragon's Crown
Dragon's Dogma (Might not get this after all, because even though the cinematic trailer looked good, the gameplay looked really flawed)
Dead Rising 2: Off The Record

Just because someone's head was chopped off doesn't mean they're dead. That's just silly.
Ok. So a few games I was looking forward to were pretty bad. But there are still a bunch that look really good.
They are:
Bioshock: Infinite
Diablo III
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. This game! Keep an eye on it!
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Dark Souls. I still need to get a PS3 though.
RAGE
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Prey 2
Batman: Arkham City
Asura's Wrath
Dragon's Dogma
Dishonored
I'm a bit skeptical about Dust 514 and The Darkness 2. Not quite sure what to make of either of them.
I'm also looking forward to Tera but I don't wanna be sucked into it.
I was exited for Battlefield 3 but I think that EA is more concerned with thrashing Activision than appealing to the consumers. I won't support their stupid bullcrap.
I also lost all interest for Mass Effect 3 after E3. Screw Kinect.

Skyrim
Assassin's Creed: Revelations
Gears of War 3
aaand any new Total War game
Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the fire that burns against the cold, the light that brings the dawn, the horn that wakes the sleepers, the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.

I'm awaiting to play Persona 3 Portable. I just can't wait to play it.
Other than that, Final Fantasy Type-0 seems like a must have. It'll be coming out later this year, so I'm thinking of being one of the first to buy the US port of the game.

- Katawa Shoujo, for some reason I really liked the first Act 'demo' release and can't wait to play the rest of it.
- Diablo 3... Tough looking at StarCraft2 and other recent game industry developments, I'm kind of expecting a huge let-down... Either in content or in marketing decisions.
- I'm also a bit interested in Risen 2 (the first was expectantly pretty decent).
No other games come to mind really, too many bad releases and disappointments of late.
Sadly dynamic fiction is rare these days. I like to play games where I can influence the story, games with choice in character (male/female/etc.) and with at least 2 or more different endings (not necessarily good and evil)... Games you can play at your own leisure (no pressure with time-limits and such). Games where not the action, not the graphics, but where the story and interaction truly matters.
I know there are many visual novels that follow those constraints, but most of them are sadly either 18+ (lots of fan-service I don't want) or just plain boring and impractical (if I want to read a lot, I'll read a book).

I was looking forward to Diablo 3 until I found out about the need to always have an internet connection to play single player. I'm sharing a wireless connection with a family of bandwidth hogs so that is a no go for me. The ban on mods doesn't help either. Now I'm only looking forward to Elder Scrolls Skyrim and Batman: Arkham City.

If I don't get Assassin's Creed: Revelations or Batman Arkham City soon I might die from nerves 😛
Things I enjoy:
- Badassery. I love being, doing, and living it. I also enjoy seeing it as it usually makes me cry man tears.
- Badassness.
- Badasses.
- Badass mofos.
- Manly badasses.
Things that I hate:
- Wimpy protagonists.
- Girly protagonists (if they're men).
- Douchie protagonists.
- Idiotic protagonists.
- Over-the-line rude protagonists.
