i didnt understand them, it says no manga for dl but it doesnt say it posts them, it only mentions that this site is used for discussion, but i mean besides that.

Reading manga online is the same as downloading manga in most people's eyes...It's against the rules to ask where to find that kind of stuff. We give you plenty of info about that already, just look for it! There's scanlator group info everywhere on this site! IRC info too~
