not for a 10 year old who loved comedy manga! well obviously now i read completely different mangas,its probably cause of reading gantz

I haven't read any that extreme manga. Yet anyway.

I've read nothing of the sort. Gantz, Battle Royale, and Ichi the Killer, are violent sure (and Ichi was particularly sick). However, none of them screwed with my head. It was just violent. Saikano could be considered screwing with my head if you take into consideration that it was so f*ing depressing, but that's the most any manga has screwed with my head.

EDIT: I just remembered one manga. I was ill-advisedly looking for a manga that makes me go "WTF!!!?" a while back. And I stumbled across guro. That should say it all. The manga was Death Panda. I'm not going to link it because nobody should read it. Guro is sick. Never again will I read anything like that.

aye, that was the first one that popped into my head. School Days and Uzumaki were crazy too but in a good way (imo but not so much with my friends 🤣 ).
