Hi... when i read Yumeiro Patissiere description i suddenly remember a long time ago i read manga something like that who has chibi spirit accompany the characters. But i can not remember what manga and about what i think it is a shoujo. I thing they are from an egg and the spirits characteristic are the same with the owner. One of the spirit has prince syndrome.

Only other manga I know with chibi spirits is Omamori no Kamisama. Hope that helps.
