Like I would divulge that information to the interwebz.

Practically. All downstairs/windows/doors are locked, but if someone really wanted to break in, all they would need was a tall ladder. Both me and my mom leave our windows open all summer, and part of the winter.

Yes.. I'd say so..
Maybe abit worried that my neighbor kicked his own door in once... He's the muscle builder type, not to friendly either >_>

I guess it's as safe as I can make it.

Reasonably strong door, security guards (I live in a condo), secure carpark..... valuables kept in safe.... I don't use MS Windows......

So yeah, I'd say it's rather safe, considering I live in a low-crime area/country.

Main worry would be complacency, I guess.

I guess. I used to have an alarm and everything, but since I moved, I don't really care. I don't live in a bad neighborhood anymore, and you have to go through like two gates to get in my apartment. I think it'd be too much of a hassle. But sometimes I forget to lock the door. 😐

I guess so. Our neighborhood isn't the safest around so all households are asked to have a built in security alarm. We have one and all our doors and windows always remain locked.

My mother and I once got locked in our house. Had to wait around an hour for the police to get us out. __;;

I've never thought hard about it, but yes, it is.

We never lock our doors, but we don't see the need to with three giant, ferocious labrador retrievers. ;D

I lock the door at night, windows are locked all day. But sometimes I do forget that the door is open when my sister leaves. But I still double check at night.

Yep, very safe~~

That's because I live in a safe town, though - in the summer I've accidentally left the doors open all night (OPEN, not just unlocked) and nothing has happened. 😃

We've been robbed before, but that was our garage.
They stole our lawnmower . . . o.o

My accommodation in University has pretty tight security so I've never been to crazy about people stealing things. My house back in Thailand however is very secure, we need 2 different cards to get into the house and we've hired 3guards to do a 24hour lookout when we aren't home. My mother is pretty neurotic about security and we always get additional security features to our house. Last time I was in Thailand she managed to get CCTV for the swimming pool, and is planning to get one for the front door... there is something called the peep hole you know?

Yes. We always lock our doors and windows but even if we didn't I don't think we would have a problem.
