From what I remember, it is in colour (possibly a webtoon), where a guy encounters a police woman with black hair who arrests him. A few chapters later they meet up again where is revealed the policewoman is from a rich family that maybe be yazukas. I think it maybe a harem in terms of genre, but not to sure. Thanks.
