I second E's and I own the whole series in Japanese and it's really good. I am working (very very slowly) on translating it for anyone interested. Raw scans are available online, but I have no skill with photoshop and no time so can't make the scanlations myself, only give you translations.
The anime 'E's Otherwise' is also pretty good.

Tokyo ESP and ES may also interest you. Maybe Angel Sanctuary though that's more divine powers than psychics.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.

If you want something a bit different, you can try Ghost Hunt. It's a shoujo with romance, but main plot is ghost hunting with science and ESP.
