Right now, you can only check for manga not on any of your lists or manga on a specific list, which most certainly is annoying.

So, my suggestion is: Allow searching by presence on lists the way you can search for genres.

Alternatively, a "Show manga on any of my lists" would be less flexible but also helpful to an extent.
