Anyone knows if there's even been a third volume in English...looking online, there is one in "some language" under the name Tenme Metro, but that's it. Last English volume was released more than a year ago.

I think Tokyopop dropped it. I've been waiting for Volume 3 for a long time myself, but I doubt it'll ever come. Hardly surprising...Tokyopop is the most irresponsible publishing house ever, and it seems to be a habit of theirs to license manga and then drop them just before the last volume 😔
