I am not really sure since I don't recognize the picture and you can't really see their faces, but the first name that popped into my head when I saw the image was Honjou Rie. /o\

I'm pretty sure it's Honjou Rie as well. It's been use as an insert for some groups but I'm not sure if it's characters from her manga.

It's an insert from Mikansei na Karada. So it's most likely a couple from the manga, although I've got no idea which one.
