Orange (TAKANO Ichigo)

The official website for the live-action film based on Ichigo Takano's manga Orange announced on Monday that the manga will end in the October issue of Futabasha's Monthly Action magazine on August 25. The manga will have five compiled volumes.
Takano (Yume Miru Taiyō) began the shōjo manga in Shueisha's Bessatsu Margaret magazine in 2012, but moved it to Futabasha's seinen magazine Monthly Action in 2013. Futabasha published the fourth compiled volume of the manga on February 20. The first four volumes have more than 1.6 million copies in print.

so.. it'll end a month from now? that kind of sucks. It means it'll end once they're together, that Kakeru will be "cured" once he's with Nao and that's not very realistic.

Oh well, I hope I'm wrong about the ending. And I'm kind of sad such a good manga will end so soon.

The title of the article says the manga will end in August but the article itself says that it will end in October....so I'm a little confused 😕 I am going to assume October because I don't think the mangaka would be able to wrap the story nicely in 1-2 chapters. 3 seems more doable 😉

On another note, can't wait to see the live-action film!!!
