Uses of "Discontinued" in "Status in Country of Origin"

I created this poll after seeing that there is a 50-50 about the use of "Complete" and tag "Rushed Ending/Axed" VS "Discontinued" in my previous poll here.
Now the question is more specific:
What should be used in "Status in Country of Origin" if a manga has been forcefully stopped?
Currently rules define this statuses:

Complete: only applies once the final volume has been published. Otherwise it is still considered Ongoing.
Discontinued only should apply if the author died or if the author suddenly stopped writing for some reason. If there is ANY kind of ending to it, then it's considered Complete.
Hiatus is for if author stopped working on it for a while but mean to get back to it
This is what I'm proposing:
Discontinued: a manga that has been forced to end due to publisher decisions
Complete: the manga ended naturally without any external influences
Incomplete: the author could not end the manga (death, became incapacitated, etc)
On Hiatus: serialization of manga is paused and should continue
And for "Completed" I mean that weekly (monthly, bi-weekly, etc) serialization ended, not the volumes releases.
Please express your opinions about this matter.
Bye.
P.S. I won't open another poll regarding this matter, this is the last one XD
Everything right now concerning series status is perfectly fine. I see no reason for anything to be changed.

You are like the dense main character in a shoujo manga.

So you should vote Complete, no? 🙄
And thanks for your opinion.

The problem lies with how you word your poll question...
When you say "forcefully stopped", people normally don't associate it with rushed endings which is where your main concern lies, thus the poll is pretty much useless.
You should have said "How do you define a manga serialization that has a rushed ending?" I should know. I made the same mistake on your previous poll before reading the first post, which from observation, a majority of members here tend to do.
And I doubt whatever the results will change what we're doing...
All the same this is still the same poll just with less choices. So locked. Use the other one.
