Hello, everyone. I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to join in. A long long time ago (I'm old) I started off as a fan of western comics. Then, about six years ago I discovered manga. Now I read both in great quantity, despite working full time and going to grad school. Hey, I have to have my priorities.

Nightswan-

I like do BL and I like shoujo but at the moment I'm mixing it up with a little seinen and shounen- with gothic elements, horror, mystery, post- apocalypse- that kind of thing. Oh, and science fiction's great, too. Right now, I'm really enjoying Alive, After School Nightmare (shoujo, I know), The Hour of the Mice, Nabari no Ou...Hmmm. that's all I can come up with right now. My favorite mangaka tend to be shoujo, though. Shimizu Reiko, Kaori Yuki and Mizushiro Setona.
