The main character was a shy girl(note she was 100% girl)

then in her school, got new transfer student

she was beautiful but then she told her classmates , under special circumstance, she dresses like a girl. She was actually a boy but she loves cross dressing.

Later it explained that her fatheror someone is the one who makes her love cross dress.

She have this illness like weird genetic that will turn her into a girl.

There's a scene where the boy got abducted by another girl or what, he got confined in abandoned building. The shy girl then try her best to found him.

In the end she found him, the other girl then told her that he at certain time limit will turn into a girl permanently and it's for the best because she love him as girl. The shy girl try to bring the boy back to hospital so he won't turned into a girl.

But it was too late, the boy turned into a boy and now lead a girl life. He got scared now dressing as a girl because the boy now looked her with lustful eyes.

I want to re-read it and know what the ending is
