Fully colored.
There's a scene with a radio and something comes through it so the girl decides to go to the nearest radio tower or something like that.
Setting is definitely post-apocalyptic. Something major had happened to the world, but they didn't seem quite so miserable as would be expected. Something not unlike Yokohama Kaidashi Kiko in the spirit presented among the characters. Just simply not high-strung or tense or miserable.
